I have to do regular drug testing for the board of nursing. Today I went somewhere closer to my new home and I will never do that again. My wait time at north bend is usually less than 5 minutes. If I even sit down at all. The staff is professional and friendly and polite and competent. Going to a different location today literally took my entire morning and left me shook. I will go the extra miles next time and probably be home sooner and have my peace of mind. Latasha and crew are amazing.
So many negative reviews that I thought I’d leave my review. Everyone was nice and my drug test was fast and easy. I thought the facility was clean too. Appt was at 9:15 am and was in and out within 15 minutes.
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I was able to walkin and get everything done in less them 30 minutes.
Thought if an appointment was made one did not have to wait forever. What's the point if the lab can't keep their appointments.
