Very poor front desk service. Lady behind the computer didn't give any response busy in personal conversation with her co work. Too bad.
Large line, understaffed. Don't go here, even for drop offs they make you wait.
Great experience. I was nervous bringing my little one in due to experiences in other labs. However the staff at this location did a great job. From the beginning at the reception desk they were very welcoming, friendly and professional. I will definitely come to this location in the future for any labs needed for my children or myself.
