They are always so nice and cheerful! I have always been in and out quickly with the best experience! Every time I come I leave with a smile on my face because they are good at their job and keeping me distracted from the needle with good laughs. I always make appointments and I’m seen quickly. Today I had an 11am and I was out by 11:08am. Be a nice human being to them and I promise you’ll have a great experience. I will NOT go to any other place.
Checked in waited 20minutes eventually employee came out to get 2 patients and no patient came out with them which is apparent they were not providing any services to patients just gossiping. I’m not sure how long this facility will survive this way. HORRIBLE!!
The staff was unprofessional and seemed completely disorganized. BOTH kiosk machines are broken. They were dismissive when I asked for updates and acted like they didn’t care at all about the long wait or the inconvenience. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I will be looking for other options in the future. Avoid Labcorp if you value your time and expect any kind of professionalism. Also don't leave and come back because they put u back at the bottom of the list no matter how long you waited previously.
I will never go back to this Labcorp Unfriendly people not welcoming I told the technician I have very tiny veins I asked for the butterfly needle, and she refused Instead, she stick me with a big fat needle and hurt me and bruised me I would give display zero stars, but I had to put one star I will never go back here again There was nobody to wait in room, but I had to wait 30 minutes That’s why I will keep going back to Quest
