It should all be ZERO - I have never experienced such "MEAN - VERY UNPLEASANT PEOPLE " at a "medical" environment. We walked in and they completely ignored us. Not knowing their process - I walked up to the front desk to sign in and without looking up - the person yelled and said "go to the machiner". SInce we have never done it before in any office for test, etc. that I've gone too - I was not familiar with how it worked, so it took me and my husband 20 minutes to finally figure out and complete registering. when they calle... read more
Went to get a drug screening today and the receptionist was very rude upon arrival. This included turning and laughing with her coworker about me when I arrived at the desk. There was also no greeting, unclear with instructions, very disrespectful, and she began yelling at the top of her lungs at my husband after we made a mistake signing in.
