I had a 7:45 a.m. appointment at this Labcorp location, and the entire experience was excellent. The online appointment scheduling and check-in process were simple, efficient, and very well organized. The staff was prompt, professional, and helpful. They also took the time to explain what information they needed and why they were requesting it, which I appreciated. Worst service ever! 3rd person to check in last person to be seen. There seemed to be only 1 person taking draws. Just horrible.
Better customer service and less wait.
