Labs are my least favorite thing. However, I needed to have them done, so I made an appointment on line. When I arrived, I checked in on my phone, and was called in within five minutes. The receptionist greeted me immediately, and sent me into one of the rooms. As I waited, I overheard a lab tech in the room next to where I was complaining about a previous patient. I normally dont get upset and 1 star facilities but today I had to... I scheduled my lab work appointment for 1015am, arrives at 930am and checked in at 945am. I received a text from my car at 1015am stating they are ready to see me.... went to the front desk who then asked if I had ppw, I told them It was sent in... Tried checking in it just kept asking if I was still there. Knocked yelled no one in the office . Called 2 times voicemail left 2 voicemails no response. 12 hr fast for nothing. Guess they were all next to weed shop not working.
Went a couple of times the past month, once as a walkin and once with an appointment. Both times I was in and out pretty quick and everything was painless and easy. Very nice people and good conversations while I avoided looking at the needle. :) I think setting up my account with them online and providing all my info before I went in saved me a lot of hassle.
