Whomever is working the front desk needs more training on the HIPPA privacy laws. Many people do not want to discuss their personal buisness out loud or witht he person sitting right next to the window. Also they need to learn how to give people directions on how to use collections devices without the help of strangers in the waiting room. Honestly, this is probably one of the worst LabCorp on cheyenne in Las Vegas that I’ve ever been to. They have terrible manners and seem like they hate their job. I will give great compliment to the lady who did draw my blood. I don’t remember her name, but she had a very, very curly hair. She was very nice. Should be a zero star, never answers, customer service in person is unprofessional and lacks bed side manners.

I had a 7:45 a.m. appointment at this Labcorp location, and the entire experience was excellent. The online appointment scheduling and check-in process were simple, efficient, and very well organized. The staff was prompt, professional, and helpful. They also took the time to explain what information they needed and why they were requesting it, which I appreciated.
