Rudest receptionist ever!!! I called to pay my bill, asked for phone# and she literally yelled the number to me. I just asked :” can I get a phone number for billing department?”. She has some serious problem with anger control, you better check her!
This Lab is CLOSED to anyone who is not with Pacmed (the clinic in this building) they will turn you away if you are with any other provider. They also do not do pre-employment drug screens. Blood draws for Pacmed patients only.
I'm generally not an easy draw. At the Renton Labcorp, Elizabath TD proved to be one of the most skilled and customer service oriented technicians I have encountered. Reward her!
