They had to cancel my appointment cause they ran out of pee cup labels. Cmon now.
The worst customer service. Sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes with no one being registered bc no one was at the desk. Plus the morning registrar, who left around 945ish, had a poor attitude. The second one that came and and started registering people at 1020a was more pleasant. This was today
Very icy steps. Almost fell with my elderly mother who walks with a cane. No salt available Otherwise staff is always friendly but they did not know how to address the treacherous conditions and also no railing to hold onto
2/10/2026 11:57 apparently the phlebotomists are also the receptionist here. and they are backed up by over a dozen people. This is unacceptable. people have been here for an hour already. My appointment is for 11:30 and here it is 11: 58. and there's over a dozen people waiting. I will probably be here for another hour .I've never seen a LabCorp run like this.
This office doesn't seem to care about HIPPA. Why call me back if you're still speaking with the previous patient? Then while taking my information, the receptionist was talking to another patient and accepting payment.
