Excellent service very efficient and professional. Minimal wait time even as a walk in!
Went here twice to try and do an early walk in. Both times they never called anyone back and the waiting room just slowly filled up till I gave up and left. I can only assume that they started taking people to get tested after the Fire Marshall threatened to close the place. I went to the one in Moorestown and I got a text from them when I was going back for my tests at the other location. They need to fix something, to say the least.
I’ve been here for over a hour. The staff is rude with nasty attitudes & not willing to help.
i got here at 1230 .... the lady said an HOUR wait ... i overheard a man sayin he has been since 11:30 !!! this was the worst drug test experience EVER ..... ONE bathroom for everyone !!! no paper towels where you wash your hands bathroom was disgusting hair all over garbage over flowing on to the flow .... omg behind a tree would of more been more sterile ..... The girls were nice but omg ... this is unacceptable Lab corp pay a janitor
Made an 11:15 appointment because I had to get back to work since they close at 2 everyday. It was 12 and i’m still waiting while walk ins get taken. Although I had an appointment I was told I could not be seen until all the blood work clients went first. They took walk ins back before the appointments which makes no sense. They have no staff working here. Awful place.
