Absolutely no customer service lmao. Just asking for a wait time somehow is a burden. You can tell the ppl who work here hate their lives
Appointment times aren't honored. No use of scheduling appointments in advance.
Just the best at what they do. Each member of my family has their own challenges during blood draw (anxiety, small veins, literal baby). The team is quick but delicate. My go to location for lab work.
It’s clear this location is understaffed. That said, the team working here has remained calm, kind, and incredibly hardworking while doing their best to get every patient seen. When I walked in this morning, I was shocked at how packed the waiting room was. When I was finally called back for my labs, I mentioned to my tech how busy it seemed, and he said, “It’s like this every day.” Despite that, he was still cheerful and incredibly kind.
