Techs are very professional and friendly
Got there a few minutes after opening Sat, walk-in. There was no line at the check in kiosks. Do not wait til 8:00 or 8:30. Best bet is probably get there before it opens as a walk in. The check in screen showed I would receive a text about the wait so I could wait anywhere (it became VERY crowded inside, so I went to my car) I happened to have walked back in, and they called my name. Hello, I am an older person and have no knowledge of how to sign up on my phone, but MANNY at the front desk really took time and helped me out and was soooooooo patient with me,What GREAT Customer Service !!!
