I went there for the first time recently. I was bracing for a potentially poor experience given others’ reviews, but everything went well! I was seen within a minute of arriving. The process was smooth and everyone I interacted with was efficient and courteous. This stands in contrast to my experiences at Quest in Bound Brook which always involved a substantial wait. Needless to say, this is my new go-to lab for bloodwork.
I have never had a bad experience here and I have to visit often. I think it's great.
I came here for a pre-employment drug screening and had an extremely unprofessional experience with the African-American woman at the front. I am also African-American, and I personally watched her smile, joke, and speak politely with white clients, while she was short, dismissive, and hostile with me. She barely looked at my sample before saying it was not enough, threatened to make me leave for “cursing,” and when I asked what curse word I supposedly used, she could not answer me. I made an early morning appointment to be back to work but I waited 20 minutes.
