I had an AM appointment, checked in, and was getting bloodwork in a matter of minutes. All the workers I have met here are super skilled and friendly. Reema was AWESOME. I hate needles and didn’t even feel the needle go in. Super talented! Thanks all.
they need better training, the staff sitting in front of computer , calling next one without standup and open the door as other place , it is hard to hear their voice
Incompetent and rude staff you walk in there and they look at you like you are not supposed to be there.
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding a blood draw procedure performed on my child at your facility on 1/27/2026. During the procedure, the nurse attempted to draw blood from my child's arm. After the initial insertion, it was clear the needle was not in the vein. Instead of withdrawing and reassessing, the nurse proceeded to move the needle back and forth under the skin in an attempt to locate the vein.
