Had an appointment for 10am, they took me in right after I singed in. The Phlebotomist was great! Usually other places have trouble drawing blood from me, but she found my vein right away. It was all over in 10 mins. Very professional!
I had a positive experience. I walked in with no appointment checked in..... and they did the blood work and a UA. I was in and out less than 20 minutes if that.
I have a 3-year-old son who, due to heart problems, needs to have regular blood tests, which he's already used to. On Friday (08/15/2025)I went to Labcorp (watchung) for the exam as usual, and we were surprised by the service provided. No, it wasn't a pleasant surprise! Extremely bad experience!!! The staff is VERY rude and do not know how to deal with the Children. Their actions were very rough, and when the child felt scared, they were extremely impatient and said that the parents had not been watching the child properly.
Staff seems to have very little care And empathy for patience coming in for blood work they seem a little bit preoccupied and as though they are angry about something who knows what plus they seem to train people on the job more than they should while the technician was taking my blood the other technician who must’ve been new on the job was trying to figure out the paperwork and kept disturbing the other technician who was taking my blood. this all makes me the patient feel very unsure of the quality overall it’s very unfor... read more
