9:30 am on a Thursday. Walked in no appointment. Waiting room 50% full. Blood drawn by 9:45 am and was out the door by 55. The self check in machine was easy if you already filled your info in online. Just scanned license and it pulled me up. I had the doctors order print out. Low reviews at these places are usually people who come at the busiest time (7:30-9am) where it’s mobbed. High reviews are usually people at other times of the day I noticed. Mine is right in the middle for timing. Staff was great.
Ahmad, Robin and team were great! Ahmad in particular went above and beyond on our visit. Robin is great with young children! Highly recommend this middlebrook road location
