The receptionist was very rude and has no customer service skills, especially when she heard me speaking Spanish. This happened at the Observation Dr.
I don’t understand the bad reviews of this place. I had a great experience! This lab was exactly on time for me, and the nurse was kind and fast. She drew my blood with no problems and I was out of there in a few minutes. I will be going back
Check in was easy and the people were nice. I didn't have an appointment but the wait wasn't long. Went on a Tuesday before lunch
