The workers at this place genuinely do not care for people’s time. They are beyond slow and I don’t think it’s necessary for me to be waiting almost an hour when there’s like 4 other people in the room with me.
I don't know why this place has ANY bad reviews. I walked in, was taken back within minutes. The 2 ladies working today (11/21) were the absolute BEST. I've never had such a good time getting my blood drawn. They're funny and personable, just great ladies. This will be the only place I go from now on!
Next time a patient tells you they are having bladder problems, they’re there to get tested, needing to provide a urine sample, and can’t hold it any longer, do not make them wait another 30–45 minutes for someone else to come in. I understand you had other patients, but you just needed to listen instead of cutting me. You made me wait till 9 because that’s when you start doing deug screenings…I waited almost an hour, shaking and in pain, just needing a cup. My wife went in for routine lab work and reported how amazing the people at this location are!! Despite a rather long wait (no appointment made in advance), Sharee was calm, patient, and very professional. My wife also has "needle phobia" and Sharee did a great job reassuring her and keeping her calm. Thank you so much, Sharee!! (Appt date was 9/5/25).
I love it here. No matter how busy they are which they are usually busy. The staff takes the time with you. They make sure you are feeling okay and they help you through your fears of blood work. All the while being professional, kind and friendly.
