Very rude when I checked in. I left and changed the location for drug screening. Not even worth to go in here
I went in to ask a question of the woman at the desk and waited 15 minutes before she would answer me. Another woman came in and she answered her right away. The lab person was very helpful but the woman at the desk was rude and not helpful.
Apparently they stop drug testing at 1pm. The drug test are collected at 1pm, but the lab closes at 2pm. The African American lady with braids, glasses, and a headband around at 1:30ish, told me I’m not able to get a drug test done because the collections came already. 30 minutes ago I assume? Online it does not say that. I asked to speak to someone higher up. No one also was not at the front desk to greet, they were back there laughing and giggling, eating, so I assume they can shut down and go home.
I’m a tough stick but they got me on the first try! Love this place.
