Understaffed. Didn’t expect to wait 2.5 hrs to get bloodwork
I don’t even want to give one star! Receptionist was very rude!! I was having problems checking in, and she was outright non professional and very disrespectful to me, as usual!! I have shared my experience from previous visits at this particular place with other people and they all had the same issues! In the future, I would rather drive further and hopefully have a friendly good morning and a helpful smile!!
Shortage of help. Wait times are ridiculous
We had a 1215 appointment today which we scheduled friday after leaving because they were unable to draw blood. We waited an HOUR while they took every single walk in that came in despite if it was before or after our appointment. While there we also witnessed the employees being snappy and rude to a fellow patient trying to get blood work done for her elderly father. There was absolutely zero compassion or sense of urgency.
