Would give 0 stars if it would let me. Staff is rude, has absolutely no interest in assisting customers or even simply doing their jobs. Told the woman I needed to update my job information and was completely ignored. Second time needed to set up a payment plan for a very important test and was told there’s no way to do it. Ended up waiting over a week, went to another location and had no problem setting up a payment option. Will not ever go back to this location and don’t recommend to anyone.

Staff is extremely rude. Walked in to find out some information because no one answers the phone or calls back. I left two messages a week ago and there is no info on the website about scheduling a 3 hour glucose test. Waited at least five minutes to even be acknowledged by the rude woman with an attitude and no one was even in the office, she just couldn’t be bothered to help someone. To make matters worse, I am currently on crutches and 7 months pregnant, so having to physically go in somewhere to be told information that ... read more
