Extremely disappointed in Labcorp lately. The last few times they have opened late and usually have one person then someone shows up later. Today I arrived at 6:35 to see it was still closed with people waiting at the door. I finally left at 7 as they were still closed. If your going to allow scheduled appts at 6:30, you need to be there in time to take them at 6:30. Making people wait this long is unacceptable.
I have been visiting this lab for the past 5 years and they have always been excellent with me, even with my daughter. The wait time is normal and the people are very friendly.
Went in for blood testing on 6-16-25, got seen quickly but the nurse that took my blood didn't know what she was doing at all.....firstly she was trying to feel for a vein, I said ma'am I can see them clearly, she was feeling my side and then went into the middle, she stuck me and no blood was flowing, she grunted n the swayed the needle back and forth and boom I felt a severe pain n blood started rushing......she fished my veins which in the state of medical field in New Jersey is illegal and is also considered ASSULT.....I... read more
Mal..muy mal servicio íncreible que personas que se supone son capacitadas actúen de la manera que actúan mal servicio, atiendes además asta que se les da la gana sin tener a nadie de gente afuera en la sala de espera y para terminar ...que no tenían los datos de mi hija cuando eh ido tantas veces porque me queda más cercano y solo entrego mis muestras y demás...deberían de capacitar a el personal porque es increíble tantas cosas en un solo lugar.
