I went in for blood work on 4/1 and have yet to receive my results (today is 4/21) and yet they billed my insurance, did they lose my blood? I call and call and nobody answers. Left a message once, but nobody called me back.
My son and I had just received orders from the pediatrician nextdoor - we were trying to rule out cancer... I walked in at 1:25 hoping they could see us real quick. When I walked in, there were two techs sitting at the desk and no patients in the lobby. I had asked if anyone there was good with children and the response was "yeah, but we're closed". *A bit of a delayed review * I use labcorp frequently and always visit the 5301 limestone rd (they are amazing) but needed specific bloodwork only the hockessin yorklyn rd could accommodate. As usual online scheduling was easy as was the self check in on kiosk. Michelle was the teammate who helped me with full check in and blood draw, she 100% went above and beyond on this day. Don't bother here if you want to make an appointment because they don't honor them. This is essentially a walk-in location. After arriving for your appointment and checking in you'll proceed to wait there for over 30 minutes while they call back walk-ins in front of you. When you ask what's going on they have no explanation. This happened to me twice and I'll never come here again.
Went in and easily checked in, was seen within 3 minutes. Despite having systems issues the staff did not turn me away. I often have trouble with finding a good vein, but the phlebotomist was great at finding the best vein and was out in less than 10 minutes!
