Love this Labcorp. Well run by the same team with Gavin at the helm for years now. Always efficient and friendly. Also great with children. One time my son had to come in for bloodwork and the team was exceptionally patient with him despite his fear. Definitely a risk if you don’t have an appointment (usually I do and it’s fast), but just came here as a walk-in on a Wednesday at 8:30am and it was empty, I was done in less than 10 minutes.
Gavin is a sweetheart and works super hard. This office is always slow and never runs on time, but I keep on coming back. It’s local for me and I never end up with a bruise.
Worst Labcorp ever! They have 1 person working on a busy Friday and the office is packed with people. When asked whether they receive fax lab-paperwork, they told us to keep waiting and make us wait for a few hours. Then tell us they cant do the lab because computer issues. Bad customer service and make us wait for no reason.
Thanks for letting me schedule an appointment for 2, going "Out to Lunch" before 2, then closing when you got back! 👍 Very helpful in case anyone scheduled anything around this!
I have to come every 3 months for bloodwork due to Diabetes. I've had blood drawn by Gavin at least 4 times in the last couple years. He is amazing, I barely know he's put the needle in. I don't know how he does it, but it's painless. He is also very considerate and gentle. All in all, the staff I have met have been kind. Great job!
