Checked in and immediately received an email/text telling me my appointment was canceled!?! I was told to sit down and wait. Other people told me they didn't have an appointment (I did) and they were taken in before me! I noticed the screen was shut off showing appointments vs. walk-ins, too. A woman came in and said she was an employee of Labcorp @ Inspira and had no appointment, but she was taken immediately taken back. Had a blood draw today and the man at the desk and the woman who took my blood were awesome and personable. I made an appt yesterday and arrived today and was taken within minutes. I imagine some of these bad reviews are people getting back the energy they give?

Every visit has been a horrible experience. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. The staff consistently has a poor attitude and acts like you're inconveniencing them just by being there. Even if you have an appointment, you can expect long waits—often over an hour. When you finally get your turn, the technician is usually silent and visibly miserable. I cannot say enough about Gavin and Gladys. They stayed over their time to help me with a very difficult situation and they will always have my gratitude!!!
