UPDATE: Another negative experience again today. I have canceled all future appointments with LabCorp and will be going elsewhere for my lab testing requirements going forward. I feel the staff should be more properly vetted and trained to interact with clients, as well as clinical standards. This location deserves a negative score and has unacceptable employee(s); 2 new faces this morning. They were late opening the door and a dozen people were waiting outside. I had no interaction with the male employee, but the female was absolutely rude! She was too worried about a meeting she had attended and her getting expense report done, then taking care of a full waiting room of patients. I had an appointment and waited 30 minutes before being called to the window and given a verbal lashing. First she was angry that my ... read more
They were fantastic with my 5yo. We were taken back in a timely manner and they were so patient with her. They made her giggle and took her mind off the process and she left with a smile. Thank you for being so kind.
