Had my blood taken by a technician named Nia or Nya, she was terrific, usually they have problems finding my veins but this was quick and nearly painless.I was in and out in less than 20 minutes, I did have an appointment.

Had an appointment. Arrived on time for my appointment. Checked in on the tablets as all the signs mentioned you needed to check in for your appointment on the tablets. Waited 35 minutes. People who started to arrive after me were being taken back then I noticed people were signing in on a piece of paper haphazardly. I then asked the lady at the front desk if I needed to sign in on the paper and she said yes. I told her I signed in on the tablet and it took my info. Today I went to labcorp. I have always had a pleasant experience at this particular labcorp. Maryann , Cici and Naya are wonderful! They are very helpful , kind and genuine. This labcorp is further away from me then a couple other ones but I choose to drive the extra distance to come to this glen mills labcorp!!

Horrible customer service. Walked out of this place because of the rude unhelpful behavior by the staff at front desk. One older gentleman was having issue with the kiosk, and instead of helping him the lady at the front desk yelled at him and essentially shooed him away. Another lady with a special needs child who was waiting before I came, just walked away saying this place is impossible.
