Horrible customer service. Walked out of this place because of the rude unhelpful behavior by the staff at front desk. One older gentleman was having issue with the kiosk, and instead of helping him the lady at the front desk yelled at him and essentially shooed him away. Another lady with a special needs child who was waiting before I came, just walked away saying this place is impossible.
Owner/manager - please take note. Went here for a walk-in appointment for my daughter who is a minor. Checked in at Kiosk and went to take a seat. Women behind front desk told us "you are supposed to stop by here at front desk" in a loud angry voice, as if we made a big mistake by walking towards the seats. She seemed angry and upset at something, may be work or her personal issues. She yelled at couple other walk-ins for basic queries. 0 stars if possible. Staff rude and unprofessional. Their system changed my appointment from 11:45 to 12:30 And when I go in as a walk in everyone after gets seen and receptionist tells me oh well. Not to mention every time I have had blood drawn they bruise you because they don’t know how to do it right.
I'm very pleased with the Labcorp at 736 BALTIMORE PIKE, STE 6 GLEN MILLS, PA 19342. Most people that I know aren't thrilled about getting blood drawn, however, I find that the technicians there are skilled, caring, polite and gentle when they are taking my specimen. I can usually be assured of a pleasant experience when I need bloodwork there. Thank you for the great job that you are doing.
Went for bloodwork today and the ladies working there were beyond helpful. I didn’t know ahead of time that they’re not able to take digital copies of orders, but they had a fax number posted so my doctor could have the order faxed over. Only caused a minor delay, since my doctor was able to send the fax within minutes. Blood draw was quick and easy and I was able to get on with my day.
