Went had a fairly ok experience front desk lady was rude and unnecessary. However the person who took my urine was very kind. Was told it would be posted by Monday todays Tuesday still not posted. I’ve called 4 times and still unable to reach left messages and still haven’t been called back.

Understaffed and the staff is rude with no bedside manner. Got my blood drawn and expressed my nervousness (not one care was given) and how I felt pain once the needle was in my vein and was only met with a sarcastic response of “it’s a needle, it’s sharp” when I’ve never had pain once a needle was inside my arm before in my life. I’m now extremely worried I’m going to have an awful bruise if not worse. TIPS: 1. When you arrive, don’t go to the front desk first either (despite it being the first thing you see). BEWARE! Please check who has access to our credit card info. After a visit to your office 2 suspicious charges appeared on my account (cashupp and bigobundlez hair cosmetics) luckily were blocked on time. Won't visit you no more!
