Terrible customer service. I’m not sure why the front desk clerk is repeatedly rude to everyone. They seem understaffed and overwhelmed but that doesn’t excuse rude, unprofessional behavior.

Have been coming to the Wayne NJ Labcorp on Hamburg TPKE for years and never had an issue until recently. As a business owner in the healthcare business, I understand the importance of “patient/customer service”. It is of the utmost importance that the first person that greets you or checks you in be friendly. A friendly greeting is a way help put your patients nerves at ease. Everything g was organized clean and efficient. All the workers were nice. Even though there was a lot of people the line moved quick. I would recommend if one needed blood work

If you need the results, go to another location. They put my date of service down as my birthdate which meant I couldn’t access my results. I emailed and was asked some questions in a reply email but 6 hours later, I had to call because no one was taking serious steps to find my results. It took 5 days and a lot of effort and time on hold to get results that should have taken 12 hours to get. The staff that dealt with me was very nice and professional.
