Needed blood drawn. Very routine. Hours of operation says they are open until 5pm and appointments are not required. Not anywhere on the website or in their information does it say they lock the doors at 4:45. Drove an hour just to be turned away at 4:50. Lady at front desk was not very professional.
I came all the way here from Atlanta! Got here at 4:45 and the doors were locked and you can hear them talking! I come here because my doctors are in the same building but if you aren’t open til 5 then don’t put it on the website!
I arrived at 11:48 and the lunch sign was already on the door and office was locked. Lunch commences @ 12:00 and this location is within the hospital compound. Perhaps you may want to be punctual and remain open to allow the outpatient clients to their appointments on time.
Heads up. They put the "closed for lunch" sign up 11:45 not 12:00.
Easy check-in, barely a wait time, and extremely friendly staff. Weird to say, but I enjoyed my visit!
