Absolutely terrible experience and severe lack of administrative care. I brought my autistic son here on September 5th, where he endured having 14 tubes of blood drawn. After waiting over a week for results, the ordering doctor had to call to find out what happened, only to learn that none of the tests were actually processed. The reason given was that the requested tests were omitted during order entry, and the specimens are no longer viable for testing. Avoid this location if you're claustrophobic. The lobby is barely the size of a walk-in closet. They have check-in kiosks that are COMPLETELY surrounded by 4 chairs and you're constantly bumping into other people and objects. The staff always seem confused about what is going on and what their jobs are. Trust me, just find another location.

Worst place to get your blood. I scheduled in advance an appointment early on and sat there an hour while they let 8 walk ins in front of me. I told the reception multiple times and then she deleted me from the loader list board and said too bad ! The reception is trash!
