I arrived at 11:48 and the lunch sign was already on the door and office was locked. Lunch commences @ 12:00 and this location is within the hospital compound. Perhaps you may want to be punctual and remain open to allow the outpatient clients to their appointments on time.
Heads up. They put the "closed for lunch" sign up 11:45 not 12:00.
Easy check-in, barely a wait time, and extremely friendly staff. Weird to say, but I enjoyed my visit!
Lapcorp location was easy to find in building. Front desk was so polite warm and welcoming waiting area was clean and this was so quick of an appointment! Wish I had come to this location sooner.
Visited the clinic on March 21st for an 8:30 am appointment and I was pleasantly surprised with the waiting room expansion and the wonderful front desk customer service. The location has improved and I was serviced immediately. Where it went wrong was when I was called back by their technician, Irene. There was no greeting or acknowledgement of my humanity.
