Very unprofessional experience. I had an appointment and was left waiting for over an hour with zero communication from the staff. No updates, no explanation, just ignored. It was clear they had no regard for patients’ time or comfort. If you care about being treated with basic respect, I would recommend going elsewhere.
Poorly trained staff. Worst organizational skills, they don't understand that 1245 appointment come before 145 appointments.
Ashley drew my blood, she no doubt loves her job. She is such a pleasant person. I'll be back to this location the next time I need lab work and I hope Ashley is here.
Drop offs shouldn’t take an hour! Staff telling patients “that’s not my job” or “someone else will do it”. I left to go to another labcorp to process my drop off for a patient. Avoid this location!
I come here for blood tests and the phlebotomists are always very friendly and quick. There can be a wait so I do recommend making appointments first.
