Waiting time is ridiculous!! I don’t know what’s the point of having an appointment or just be a walking customer. Very disappointing
Understaffed, no communication. "Internet is down" constantly so they conveniently can't do their jobs. On top of that the staff doesn't care at all about how long you've been waiting or what you have to do. They arbitrarily just stop doing drug screenings during the middle of the day even if you have an appointment. Useless company and even more useless employees.
Smells weird, unprofessional, no communication, waste of time and gas
No point on being early or check in via the link. You will still wait over 50 minutes. They don’t have a screen to say when someone is next so you have no idea who is before you or how many. I saw people check in after me and get called in before me. Horrible!
Very unprofessional experience. I had an appointment and was left waiting for over an hour with zero communication from the staff. No updates, no explanation, just ignored. It was clear they had no regard for patients’ time or comfort. If you care about being treated with basic respect, I would recommend going elsewhere.
