I am a very nervous person when it comes to blood work. The woman that was there doing it all by herself the morning of 9/12 was amazing. She was quick, efficient, and very nice. She was talking to me about a very meaningful tattoo I have. I really appreciated that. She is a great worker and deserves a raise!!!!!!!

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience today. I arrived about an hour and a half ago with my child, and unfortunately, the experience has been quite frustrating. When I stood up to check on my child’s place on the board, I was met with a very abrupt response of, “WHAT IS THE MATTER?” I understand that the staff may be extremely busy, but I would have appreciated a kinder and more professional approach. Staff, in particular the one lady was extremely rude to everyone. Called me in by the wrong name and then yelled at me when I didnt get up. Insane and would not trust putting a needle in my arm. Everyone who left after whispered Good luck to me and then ran out the door. Make the trip to another one.

I was not impressed with the service here. The reception and overall treatment was very cold and almost downright rude. I felt uncomfortable and as though the phlebotomist hated her job and the customers. Will not be back to this location.
