The lady handling this location, as others have reported, has an attitude. Seems to be very moody, extremely condescending and asks questions like she is barking orders. Can be somewhat cordial to a customer in one rare moment and then uncaringly rude to the next. No patient facing skills at all, knowing she is accountable to no one since she has the run of the place. Extremely unprofessional, corporate can do better and send her for training.
The phlebotomist at the front desk has a MAJOR attitude problem. I went to this location prior to lunch on Friday, March 6 2026. I was not helped and had to go to a different location. Do better.
I had a very good experience. The only negative was the wait time, but it was not significant. The phlebotomist was very polite.
They work super slow, not in a rush at all. Long time wait - 3 persons in more then 30 minutes.One person was called ahead of the checked in line order.
One day, when Minni is late for an appt; may she be treated with equal disdain.
