My appointment was at 10am on 8/7 at the LabCorp located in Lancaster Ave, Malvern. I got there and checked in on my phone at 9:50am. When a text did not come at 9:58am, I walked into the lab. I waited in the waiting room. When my name was still not called at 10:15am, I tried to reach out to an assistant but was told to continue waiting in the waiting room. After 10 minutes, she called me. Horrible the lady with the picture posted on her by someone else has a very nasty attitude and demeanor towards patients never will be returning cause of her

The phlebotomist was very rude, barked orders at all the patients and seemed like she had a problem with me the whole time. She was very rough when taking my blood and it stung when she took the needle out. Avoid this location.

I had same experience as other who left one star. The front desk is very rude and has some come from on where ATTITUDE! I am just there to drop off my sample ordered by doctor, a simple process. When I asked if I need to check in for drop off, she sits there refuse to make a sound. Then after I checked in by figuring out the process she called me in. After she grabbed my sample and walking toward the lab, I am still sitting there waiting for next step/instruction she spoke to the hallway without even turning her head back "y... read more

Mennieshia is very efficient and polite. I don’t think people know it seems like she runs the place entirely herself and she clearly works very hard. She’s great!
