I have to say Mennieshia has always been good to me. Today I needed a draw and arrived at 2:29, they close at 2:30. I stuck my head in the door and said am I too late and she said no, sign in. She didn’t have to take me even after she shut off her equipment 🤷🏻♂️ I like her, never had a problem and remember, she is the only one there!

Menniesha is doing the job of at least 3-4 people with how crowded this location gets due to recent closure of nearby locations. I got there at 7:15 am and there were no seats left in the waiting room. I would hire Menniesha on any leadership track in a second, she's so far beyond competent. She deserves a Nobel Prize in phlebotomy and in overfunctioning in an absurdly under-resourced work situation. I went to this facility as a walk-in. They open at 7 AM, so I got there around 6:50 AM to improve my chances of getting in and out quick. When I got there, there were already eight or so people in line outside of the door waiting to get in. I waited for about an hour to be seen. Considering that I was a walk-in and that there is only one person working here, doing check-in and lab draws, I thought that was pretty darn good. The tech was very good at the blood draw. Mennieshia was great! I arrived at my designated time and I wasn’t sure how long it was going to be bc there were a few people there, but she had everything organized and I only sat in each seat for a few minutes. While there was an issue with one person, Mennieshia knew what she needed to do and got the rest of us in and out so she could then focus on the issue.
