if i could give zero stars i would. This place is dirty and quite literally scary. The man who draws the blood is overly Rude and looks like he hasn’t showered in weeks. I’ll never go back. Listen to the horrible reviews.
Saturday staff were quick, kind, and courteous. Everyone there was in and out. Staff were kind and caring to a young child. When you walk in, take the staircase on the left to the 2nd floor. Follow the signs for Labcorp.
I was at the Hopewell rd. Facility election day Nov. 4 The guy drawling blood was complaining out loud about the walk ins. I explained to make an appointment was 2 months out. I shouldn't have to explain. Also on my order was a PSA test which my doctor didn't receive the results. Lost, or didn't draw for that test?
Wait times are awful. You can only make appointments months in advance and they only have a couple openings per week. Go to Quest if you can.
Check in process as fast and efficient, girl at front desk was great. Rear tech so slow talked too much and didn’t push patients through when there was a room full of people waiting.
