I was at the Hopewell rd. Facility election day Nov. 4 The guy drawling blood was complaining out loud about the walk ins. I explained to make an appointment was 2 months out. I shouldn't have to explain. Also on my order was a PSA test which my doctor didn't receive the results. Lost, or didn't draw for that test?
Wait times are awful. You can only make appointments months in advance and they only have a couple openings per week. Go to Quest if you can.
Check in process as fast and efficient, girl at front desk was great. Rear tech so slow talked too much and didn’t push patients through when there was a room full of people waiting.
Kind of place that makes you look forward to a workforce replaced by robots. At least they might show some emotion. It’s unsettling to go somewhere to have your blood drawn that’s staffed by people that don’t seem to like other people at all. If I wasn’t forced there by insurance, I’d go somewhere else.
So on Saturday morning of September 27, 2025 I had taken a specimen culture in There was a gentleman in the back who was working there. He called my name within five minutes of me getting there And told me to put my bag of specimens next to the sink, just pointed to where I needed to put it, But thanks to him, not checking my specimens that they needed to be in the refrigerator I was unable to get my results Because they were at room temperature .
