Kind of place that makes you look forward to a workforce replaced by robots. At least they might show some emotion. It’s unsettling to go somewhere to have your blood drawn that’s staffed by people that don’t seem to like other people at all. If I wasn’t forced there by insurance, I’d go somewhere else.
So on Saturday morning of September 27, 2025 I had taken a specimen culture in There was a gentleman in the back who was working there. He called my name within five minutes of me getting there And told me to put my bag of specimens next to the sink, just pointed to where I needed to put it, But thanks to him, not checking my specimens that they needed to be in the refrigerator I was unable to get my results Because they were at room temperature . I suggested my wife try the location in Downingtown Hopewell Road, since the Thorndale location closed. A male employee, was very rude to her and other patients because she was a walk-in. This angry employee should not be left unsupervised. We won’t be visiting this lab in the future, no one else should either if this guy is the best Labcorp can produce.
FYI - this location is temporarily closed but you can still book appointments online. I moved my appointment from another site and booked here, only to show up and have a sign on the door saying they’re closed. Of course I lost my other appt at a different location then, and now I’ll have to wait two weeks to get my testing done. If you are closed, you should not be able to book appointments and have them confirmed online, waste of time.
