The woman who did my draw today was great. I don’t love getting my blood drawn, but she was very good at her job— I didn’t feel a thing! The gentleman who checked me in wasn’t the happiest when I said I had two orders from two different providers. I feel like each time the door opened he was distracted and unhappy. The guy drawing blood is awful. He is the only person there 100% of the time and is absolutely nasty. If it were the last lab around, i wouldn't even go. I do not recommend. Stay away!
I came to this location because it’s close to my home, but the experience was unacceptable. The male employee at the front desk was openly rude, unprofessional, and clearly miserable in his role. He was not only disrespectful to me but also to other patients, especially those who came in as walk-ins. There’s no excuse for treating patients this way in a healthcare setting. I went there today. I didn’t have an appointment so I was a walk-in, but it went pretty quick for the amount of people that were there, but I can say I had Linda as the person that took my blood today. Very good very experienced. Didn’t even feel the needle prick, which is very unusual.. will definitely go back there again in the future
Went there on the morning of 3/23/26 for a fasting blood test. There were 14 people ahead of me. Sat in waiting room for 15 minutes, during which time not a single person was called in for testing. They were obviously understaffed and I will never go to this facility again.
