This is for the HACKENSACK NJ Labcorp location. Not whatever location the “owner” mentions in the comment/response. I’m not sure if they have any protocol to assist patients once they enter to get their tests done in the back because I had to keep asking anyone I could get a hold of. These workers seemed like they didn’t want to help anyone. Maybe it was a bad day for them but what a terrible experience. Go somewhere else. They probably want that too.

Go elsewhere if you’re expecting professional services and help for your bloodwork and tests. The employees here do not want to help nor want to be there. I literally had to figure everything out on my own. You need to be on top of the front desk or you’ll have everyone else going in ahead of you even though you’ve made a timely appointment with them. Overall a bad experience and do not recommend.

My little brother was stab multiple times with the needle before the nurse went to go get someone one to do it, if the nurse couldn’t do it the first 2 times why try again and the doctor said that was normal, like how is that normal?
