My first time going. I booked the appointment on line. Checked in time it said to come early. Everything went smoothly to my asking the receptionist questions. To be called on time to be seen. Sarah did my bloodwork and I am nervous with needles. I didnt feel a thing. I was out in 40 minutes from entering. All the staff there are polite and professional. I even like the parking. Everything was made very easy. Also, my results are in the next morning! Thanks Lab Corp!
Had a horrible experience at the Labcorp in Paramus where 3 people couldn't get a single drop of blood from our daughter. Yesterday we took our daughter to the Hackensack location and I think the employee's name was Marcella but she did a phenomenal job. We told her how my daughter was traumatized after the last experience and she took her time, calmly and patiently. She couldn't find a vein so she put heat packs on my daughter's arms and then came back after a while to do the blood work. My daughter cried but at least the t... read more
If you read reviews, know you will be here for at least 2 hours. I had an appointment at 11:15. I checked in from my phone and said I would receive a text once the technician was ready. I got the text at 11:53am. So I walked in and sat. It was 12:43pm and still waiting. I had kids with me thinking it should be a quick appointment. Of course they had to use the bathroom. Un muy mal servicio, y las dos que están en la ventanilla de muy mal humor y poco éticas para tratar a la gente. Fui con mi hijo de 7 años llegué a las 10:30 directamente a registrarlo voy a la ventanilla a darle la orden del examen u ella me dijo que tenía que esperar a que me llamaran . Luego después de mí llegaron 4 a registrarse y ellos pasaron antes que mi niño. Me levanto y le digo por qué no a llamado a mi hijo y me dijo que todavía no era mi turno.
