This place has no structure. We shouldn’t be called into to wait in a hallway meanwhile two people who walked in after me got seen first because the staff isn’t paying attention. Call people in when they’re ready to be seen and I shouldn’t be able to see everyone getting their bloodwork done…
I had a great experience at the lab. My appointment was at 8:40 AM on Monday and the whole visit took about 25 minutes. Everything was on time and the staff was friendly and professional. Quick and smooth process, highly recommend!
This is the Labcorp from hell. Let me start by saying that the staff is phenomenal in what they are able to so under the work conditions they are on this location. The most unprofessional medical office I have encountered in the 32 years that I lived in the United States of America. They have you make an appointment which it doesn't mean anything, because they have you checked in then called you to get the blood work done but they will not been seeing yet, not until you have waited another hour by a line next to the bathroom... read more
I had a wonderful experience at LabCorp today for a blood test. Both Sarah and Marcella were absolutely fantastic! They were professional, efficient, and at the same time, incredibly warm and friendly. It made the whole process so much more comfortable. Highly recommend their service!
