Checked in at exactly 15 minutes before my appointment time (appt was for 2:45, checked in at 2:30)…… I even received the confirmation that I was checked in and that my lab technician will text me once they’re ready for me…. It is now 4:08pm (pass closing time) and I was never contacted. I work at a doctors office and I understand being behind, that’s fine, but to have me wait for legit more than an hour and close completely forgetting about my appointment that I booked 1 week ago is insane.
So rude at the front desk

Very efficient and staff friendly. Phelbotmist was excellent and did a great job finding my small vein.
Today I went with my one-year-old baby and the staff was very rude, especially those who took the blood. They tried to take blood from my daughter's arm on both arms and the blood only came out on the sides. They moved the needle in my daughter's arm as if they were sewing clothes.
