unprofessional stuff, unhygienic... If you have appointment you will wait 30-45 minutes after your appointment time.
Incompetence unbounded, topped with savage rudeness and hate. Blood draw left a painful bruise the size of a quarter. As a dementia patient I was told I needed to be put in a straight jacket by a vile curly haired black lab technician (mentioned to prevent misidentification). Another verbally abusive thug got confrontational over a polite question about my blood work. This lab is an abomination of everything false promised at the labcorp code of conduct
5 stars for the amazing pediatric care from Tonya. She was patient, kind, and gave my son the time he needed to prepare himself for his bloodwork. I know it’s a busy place and she still let him decide. She was also very kind and honest with him. Thanks Tonya!
I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you have 2+ hours to spend. 1+hr in the waiting room and the rest getting work done. By far the slowest Lab corp I’ve ever been too. They call one person every 30 mins.
I have been to this location twice now and have had great service. That being said, I always make an appointment online, use mobile check-in, pay ahead, and show up with back-up paper copies of my lab order. But I have never had to wait, the front desk is always polite, and the phlebotomists are great - I don’t love having my blood drawn and have had my fair share of painful blood draws and busted veins - definitely not the case here.
