It is very obvious that this location is very understaffed. I was there for 8:15 appointment and the waiting room was full with scheduled appointments and walk-ins. The two people I interacted with had to check people in and then do the actual lab work. I give them credit for being as patient and nice as they were.
unprofessional stuff, unhygienic... If you have appointment you will wait 30-45 minutes after your appointment time.
Incompetence unbounded, topped with savage rudeness and hate. Blood draw left a painful bruise the size of a quarter. As a dementia patient I was told I needed to be put in a straight jacket by a vile curly haired black lab technician (mentioned to prevent misidentification). Another verbally abusive thug got confrontational over a polite question about my blood work. This lab is an abomination of everything false promised at the labcorp code of conduct
