Had an appointment at Quest in Richboro at 3 o’clock. Waited for fifteen minutes. A worker walked out, took my papers, checked them, and told me that I had to fast for 12 hours for some of the blood tests I had to take. I asked her whether I can take the other ones, she told me she’ll check and come back. Waited for another twenty minutes. Mind you, they close at 3:30. At 3:33 She walked out and told me to choose another day. Didn’t even say sorry for making me wait for thirty minutes. Not going to come back.

Highly skilled stick draw; the receptionist, unfortunately, had quite an unpleasant attitude. Please change your policy about making appointments; I had to sit in discomfort for 45 minutes in a quiet office waiting for my one blood draw. I will go to Warminster in future.

Went to lab Corp Richboro today. Web site says walk ins accepted. Your representative claims appointments only at all lab Corp . What is the correct answer? Let me know.

Change your policy regarding walk ins. The staff is telling people is a five hour wait because they don't have an appointment. But yet, they don't take anyone in. They took one appointment in 25 minutes, nobody else.
