Went to labcorp on almshouse rd in Richboro to just drop off a specimen sample in an envelope. Was told to sign in with drivers license and insurance card. After doing so it said to enter phone number and wait to be called. I was dropping off an envelope. So I asked the front desk if I had to wait or can I give it to her. I went NYE, brought a printed copy of the test order from my doctor, came 45 mins early than my appointment time, and have a very strong fear of needles.I think I waited for only about 15/20 mins. the woman who drew my blood was UNBELIEVABLY wonderful and totally made my day. the man at the front desk was also kind. I would come here again with no hesitation, thank you!!!
I cannot say enough positive things about the LabCorp location on Almshouse Road in Richboro, PA, and especially about an extraordinary employee named Aurel. My 14-year-old daughter has Inflammatory Bowel Disease and requires frequent bloodwork. For a child, this process can be overwhelming, intimidating, and emotionally exhausting. I went to facility fir a scheduled appt. with a labcorp form completed by my physician. After being told that the form was a mess, my physician was not a physician I was sent away. Very upsetting. My physician sent me to the location in Warminster. Destiny who was the Customer Service person who registers patient, contacted my real physician, me sure that all the tests were included that he required.
