Grumpy phone lady, after barely answering my question be like “gotta scoot mmm hmm yup buh bye.” *click* nice grumpy lady. FIVE stars for grump factor. 1star for yikes.
The waiting room has a strong musty smell to it. The women who work here were exceedingly rude. First and last time ever coming to this location.
I arrived a few minutes before 1:30, the posted closing time, after having difficulty locating the building due to GPS directing me to Rita’s. When I got there, the staff had already closed the location and refused to take my sample. If the site closes earlier than 1:30, the hours listed should reflect that. Because of this, I now have to obtain a new sample and repeat the entire process.
Rude and unprofessional. Folks here are miserable.
