Friendly staff always out in less then an hour.
If I could I would give zero. Front desk (same lady that did the draw blood) was extremely rude!! We made the mistake of not reading the reviews before, because we experienced unfortunately what most of other people reviewed here. Can’t believe a person would work in this field when you are literally dealing with human all the time, costumer service and everything else awful. I went there twice and had a very unpleasant experience both times. The staff was unprofessional, rude, and showed very little care or concern, even when dealing with a baby. Customer service seemed to be the last thing on their minds. After reading other reviews, I’m not surprised to see so many similar complaints. If you have the option to drive a little farther—even 30 extra miles—I’d strongly recommend going somewhere else. The extra drive is worth avoiding the frustration.
