Went in for a STD test and they didn’t give any instructions, when I went in the bathroom I followed what was on the wall and when I read up on it after those instructions were for a regular piss test for employment smh. The African or Jamaican lady at the counter was rude as hell when I called back and said it was my fault I did it wrong. I want my money back
Love coming to Labcorp in Columbus, NJ. I’m always in and out quickly, and the staff is consistently friendly.
The woman at the front desk is absurd she should be fired, it's not an opinion... it's a fact. She's disrespectful to many people every time I'm there. I only go there out of convenience of time. The fact that there are so many complaints about her and she is still employed tells me one thing. They (LabCorp) don't care about you or how you are treated by the staff. Very efficient experience — in and out with no unnecessary waiting. The staff was pleasant, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. This has definitely become my new go-to Labcorp location. Highly recommended!
