Out of convenience have been getting blood drawn here for the past few years. Everything has been fine until last week. The technician seemed grumpy and was rough. Fine. Then the swelling started, the redness and bruising. This picture is from 6 days after getting my blood drawn. Today it’s been 9 days and it looks slightly better. Awful. How did a company get to control almost half of sample collections and also have the worse customer experience? Rude staff, likely in part because they’re understaffed and undertrained.
The ladies who work there always girl you in and out! Excellent service!
Do NOT go here. Worst medical experience I’ve ever had. Wait times are outrageous, staff is extremely rude and phlebotomists don’t know how to do their job. Years of reviews and the issues remain the same. I honestly don’t know how they’re still even open. Never again. Go anywhere but here.
