I had an extremely disappointing experience with Labcorp. They collected a large amount of my personal information and drew approximately 35 mL of blood across six tubes, yet I was left without access to the lab results that were generated from my own samples. Went in, without appointment, on Monday. Was treated quickly and without issue. The lady there was friendly and attentive. I'm not disregarding the experiences of others but, if you want unprofessional, try Quest Diagnostics first - then try this place and you'll see the glaring difference!
The Dominican lady behind the counter was so rude, I left and went to quest diagnostics. I asked her roughly how long would the wait be she told me with attitude we don’t do roughly and u will be seen when we call u. Brushed me off, I didn’t even bother responded back with her attitude. She wasn’t just rude to me but everyone in there. If she doesn’t like her job then maybe she should look for a new profession. I don’t understand why anyone would give them business if that’s who they have representing their front desk
false advertising. it says they close 330 pm but they said there is a cutoff for drug screens at 230 pm. waste of time commuting from downtown. mind you we came just right at 230 and no consideration was given. thanks.
Nice customer service and I was done in less than 15 minutes.
