This is the worst lab ever ! Be aware they lose your lab work, when you go to your doctor there is nothing to review because they do not report it . I took my mother on August 21, staff was helpful and friendly , the nurse drew blood and we went our way, today September 6 , went to the doctor to get the lab results and nothing! No lab report. Shameful. I will be reporting it to the health department. It upsets me so much, my mother is 82yrs old and her veins are hard to find and she suffers so much because of this. As report... read more

Arrived on time for my 9am annual TLC drug test. It is now 10:31am and I am still waiting. Probably got a parking ticket by now (conspiracy by the city to make more money?). I had an appointment with Quest last week, related to my annual MD physical. It was on time, immaculate and efficient.

i had a good experience for a walk-in. waited about 15-20 mins. the lady who drew my blood was very attentive and kind. the only issue is the check-in process… it was fine for me, but without a spanish option a lot of the older people without english fluency were struggling and the front desk lady didn’t seem to be helping.
