i had a good experience for a walk-in. waited about 15-20 mins. the lady who drew my blood was very attentive and kind. the only issue is the check-in process… it was fine for me, but without a spanish option a lot of the older people without english fluency were struggling and the front desk lady didn’t seem to be helping.
Disorganized and major delays with my results. I waited 2 weeks for routine labs!
Zero. The ladies that work here seem like they’re barely prepared to handle this job right. No one in reception and full waiting room. I don’t trust this place neither their workers. Also the lady at reception on 1.29 isn’t prepared for this job please replace her asap
Dumb lady through away my urine and tried to make me do it over I’m definitely not going in there again
The Spanish speaking lady in register table is extremely rude! I didn’t heard clearly what she said, she’s not happy and repeated in an extremely rube way but fortunately the white girl who collected the samples was very nice, she helped a lot. 1 start for that rude lady, 5 stars for the lab girl!
