Drove close to ten miles to get here at 8 AM this morning to find signs on the windows stating they have been closed since June! Updating this on Google so it doesn't show you are open, may have been a good idea! I now have to take time on another morning to travel farther to a different location.
New check in for elderly patients is terrible. Waited an hour with in laws that are 90 with Alzheimer’s and express check in said we were checked in. Went to desk 3 times and was told she will get to us in a minute. Everyone was waited on before us. Inefficient staff and my health care experience was not improved. Not impressed.
My dad used to be able to go on his own to get his blood work done. Now I have to take time off of work just to take him in because of the new computerized check in system. Most of the clientele here are elderly people with no computer skills. Plus there is only one person doing everything. Only reason I gave two stars instead of one is that she was doing the best she could with a room full of people.
Excellent experience. Limited staff. Fast service IF you schedule on line.
Love the location, but they really need to hire more people. It's ridiculous that one person has to handle a room full of people, it turns simple tests into a 30 minute ordeal. I do applaud the man working though, he was kind and working as fast as he could despite the rude remarks from people waiting.
