No staff, people waiting in waiting area with no help, when I found a staff member they were extremely rude. Here half an hour with no help, ultimately decided to take our business elsewhere.
Today was my first visit to this location and it was the worst experience compared to all other labcorp locations. I've scheduled an appointment for 9:15 am and came 5 minutes earlier, but when asked the lab technician whether she is going to serve me she had a look on her face as if she has no idea what an appointment even means. She lied to me that she will honor my appointment as soon as she finishes her paperwork and right after being done with it she called other patient who had no appointment.
