Today was my first visit to this location and it was the worst experience compared to all other labcorp locations. I've scheduled an appointment for 9:15 am and came 5 minutes earlier, but when asked the lab technician whether she is going to serve me she had a look on her face as if she has no idea what an appointment even means. She lied to me that she will honor my appointment as soon as she finishes her paperwork and right after being done with it she called other patient who had no appointment. Stay ways from them . The manager has to check who is working for this clinic I think one of the nurse (old one) probably has stress out issue.She doesn’t know what doing. Th worst experience ever with this unprofessional clinic . They don’t know how to do blood work for kids.
Getting your blood drawn is never a fun activity but Adreanna was so pleasant and helpful, I almost forgot what I was doing at LabCorp. She was professional, very kind and efficient
What are they doing here is saying different rules from New York State and the lady is totally mess didn’t know how to speak to someone waited there for the drug test then told their time is over even that the facility close at 3 I was there before 2 don’t waste your time to this location also said they are not getting paid for the tests so what they do
