I came in this morning for a urinalysis and blood work. A gentleman named Ronnie was working the front desk checking people in. There were quite a few people in the waiting area but his colleague in the back was quickly and efficiently taking care of patients. To prevent people from waiting too long, Ronnie started juggling the front desk AND doing blood work in the back. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. My husband had a 7am appt today before work. The doors were locked and the staff didn't show up until after 7. My husband then waited 45 min until being told they were having issues getting the computer up and running. Why is the staff showing up after the 1st appt? This is unacceptable.
