3 people in the waiting room and it took them 25 minutes JUST to check me in, when I asked the desk if she forgot me, she rudely said if you'd had an appointment, you'd be checked in. It's one thing if there busy but the place was dead. Pathetic customer service
Front desk not very warm or welcoming. Nuff said. And don't even bother trying to ask a simple question. Don't really appreciate the attitude. You get what you give with me. So, don't dish it out if you can't take it!
This lab states that it opens at 7 a.m. The first staff member did not arrive until 7:05. The first customer did not get called until 7:20. It is ridiculous. Also, my doctor's office ALWAYS needs to call them to get my results. No one there works with any urgency. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Can't say enough about the lab techs at this location. Had to take my 5-year old granddaughter for some lab work -- she was very fearful of this and the techs were gentle and wonderful to her and got her through this procedure a lot easier than expected. Upon putting her in the car to leave, she fainted and I immediately took her back in to them. They took charge instantly -- and stayed with her until she had recovered, and then called us later that day to make sure she was doing fine. Five stars is not enough!!!
AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL experience with my 3 year old daughter. The tech said they had 13 years experience but she was TERRIBLE with kids. The receptionist was snappy and rude. DONT take your children here!!!!!
