today's visit was organized and efficient, even though there were many patients, probably too many for the number of staff. they have an check in kiosk and a TV displaying the queue of patients. both staff were working very hard and very efficiently. when I went here several years ago the office was disorganized, but this was not a problem today.
Not sure where all the 1 star reviews are coming from. I can only share my own experience and it was all good. Staff were quick and friendly, got in and out in under 30 minutes. No complaints at all. Parking is a mess - weird to navigate and hard to find a spot, despite it being a paid parking space, but this has nothing to do with Labcorp as it is shared by all tenants.
Today, the receptionist's attitude was extremely bad, which made me feel very uncomfortable. When I got home, I felt more and more unhappy. When you called my name, I told you that the machine over there was broken and I couldn't pay the money, but you ignored me. Then you told me to go in for a blood test. Of course, I knew what you meant, but the door couldn't be opened. I stood there and waited for a while. You immediately got mad and said loudly, "Oh My God Man." Never in my life have I had a worse blood test. It was very painful and usually I have no issues. I have a huge bruise as a result of it. I have never gotten a bruise before from a blood test. Do not recommend.
