I've worked in the the Healthcare industry 25+ years. This office is great, quick and efficient. The phlebotomy professionals are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have an incredibly difficult job and they themselves are will to be on the Frontline of healthcare providers and they also draw and collect high risk labs with kindness and ease. Been going here for years. Always my first choice for labwork. Thank you for what you do and serving so graciously.
Usually, I can have my blood drawn quickly. I have only one concern that every time I check in using the check-in device in the waiting area, I have to reenter my current address where I have lived for the past 5 years. The system keeps showing my old address, although I asked the staff to make sure they update my address, and they confirmed they have my current address. My husband and I both went to the same location, different lab at 9:45am today. He went to here Labcorp and completed the routine blood test within 30min. I went to Quest, and was still in Quest waiting room. However it didnot seem that busy. I called my doctor right away and changed the test order to Lap corp at the same location. I Went to here Lab corp and completed the express checkin and the test within 10min. It is such a huge difference!
Walked in without appointment at 7:35 am on a Thursday. About 5 other people in the waiting room. My Dr. already sent the order in ahead of time. I was seen and out the door at 7:50 am. Very organized person helped me. Clear instructions. Calm and kind. Quickly found my vein. Update: One year later, I visited again. Walked in without appointment at 7:40 am on a Thursday. About 10-15 other people in the waiting room. I left the office at 8:15 am. Calm, kind, smooth, fast service.
