Rude customer service, keep showing their bad and unwelcome attitude.
I visited the LabCorp office expecting a professional, efficient visit but instead encountered poor customer service that made the visit frustrating from start to finish. Staff at the front desk were unhelpful and brusque when I asked basic questions.. The overall office presentation felt sloppy — paperwork was scattered and employees did not appear to be maintaining a standard of professionalism I expect from a medical facility. I didn’t have an appointment and was there for 5 minutes. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I wish I wasn’t so bad at remembering peoples names because the lady who took my blood was the nicest and made me so comfortable. She even gave me stickers for my nieces.
Rudest check in person I have ever had to deal with. Entitled, grumpy, demanding. Acted like she was our boss. Called my name and 3 people stood up, she would not answer which of us she was calling. Got short with me for not immediately signing a form when she didn't provide a pen. Likewise got irritated when I stopped signing to pull out my phone to check the date. I don't work for you, I don't want to be here either.
I was seen promptly by a courteous staffer. She completed the procedure quickly and competently. Nice experience.
