Waited for 75 minutes and there were still at least 3 more people ahead of me, and I had to leave. The waiting room wasn't that full, so I guess they just didn't have much staff?
Front desk very rude, entitled and condescending.

Had an appt. Waited 30 minutes and had to leave bc they weren’t making any progress. The wait times are just too long, especially when you have an appointment you would think it would go faster.
I went in with no appointment and the waiting room was quite full. It was obvious they were backed up, but the receptionist kept calling out updates and encouraging us that she would get everyone seen asap. She had even contacted a nearby location where people could go if they wanted a shorter wait. By the time I was called, which was about 40 minutes, there were significantly fewer people waiting.
