The Plymouth Meeting lab used to be great. Now with only 2 people working & one of them only registering patients, it is taking way too long even with appointments. I had an 8:00 appointment, they registered me at 7:50. Sent me back out to sit & didn’t get in until almost 8:30. There were people before me also with appointments. They need more workers to get people out. People without appointments were there before me & still there when I left.
The phlebotomist was wonderful and extremely helpful and kind. She did a wonderful job and brightened my day!
Awful phlebotomy... they really left a mark if you catch my drift. I wouldnt send an older person on blood thinners.
I am terrified of needles and the women here made me feel so comfortable. They were extremely accommodating and exactly what I would hope all staff in this field would be like. Couldn’t have had a better experience (other than feeling like I wanted to pass out). I wish I knew their names to include on here.
check-in kiosk was easy to use. walked in with no appointment on a monday afternoon and waited maybe 10 minutes before my name was called. process went smoothly and front desk and physician were both very nice!
