I was honestly nervous about not being seen because the Labcorp location I went to beforehand told me they weren’t accepting walk-ins. Since this was my only day off and I didn’t have an appointment, I was stressed about it. Thankfully, this location was completely different. I waited less than 10 minutes, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, polite, and professional. I usually don’t have pleasant experiences at labs, so this visit really surprised me in the best way.
I had a great experience at LabCorp today. I believe the front desk employee’s name was Geisha, hopefully I’m spelling it correctly. I accidentally misplaced some of my paperwork and made the situation more complicated than it needed to be, but she was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. Instead of just sending me home to figure it out on my own, she took the time to help me resolve everything and made the experience much less stressful. Horrible service, rude front desk staff and long waiting times even with a scheduled appointment. Both times we went there it was the same. I would not recommend this location at all
Traumatic and unnecessary experience. We came to this location because it mentioned they do pediatrics. The person performing the blood draw poked my baby’s arm without success, and the analysis was not even completed. To my shock, I realized the person performing this procedure was the same person from the front desk. While she claimed to have experience, she clearly didn't know what she was doing.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Just left this place. As someone who regularly donates blood and platelets, when I go in for routine lab work, I know where I get stuck for needles. So when the tech asked me which arm and I gave her my arm and said they always stick me in the same spot right here, for her to get an attitude and snap at me saying "don't tell me how to do my job" was uncalled for. I'd rather not be your human pin cushion, especially with your terrible attitude, especially after I waited almost an hour in the waiting... read more
