Good evening Google Family. This was my very first time visiting this location of Lab Corp. I arrived to complete blood work for my surgery next Tuesday at Wills Eye Hospital. I checked in and then I was told to use the paper since the computer system was not working. I waited for a bit and then the young lady associate came out and told everyone that there would be a wait and if you couldn't wait, she could understand. The times I have been at this location it was crowded. Though understaffed, they work very hard and IM usually out of there in no time
3rd time at this location and the service has been consistently positive. Registration staff was patience and thorough in her explanation as I have to translate for my parents. Lab technician was also pleasant. Way to go ladies!!!
Please pay for decent training and attitudes for employees this location sucks been there 3 times it's very bad always end up going to another location
