the front desk guy was extremely rude…. i tried to ask for guidance about early appointments and he front start didn’t even look at my face. then he said that my orders were not in i called my dr and they sent it again via fax to them via email to them to my email and still he was super rude and let me wait there just cuz he wanted despite that i was able to change my appointment to 930am. I don’t know how he can be a healthcare worker with that nasty attitude. apparently i am not only complaining see others review
I have been coming here for YEARS and the service is always excellent. In my opinion, most complaints are from people who don't make reservations. Keep up the good work!
The worst customer service. The man in the window was so rude. I was waiting with my baby of 1 yrs old a 40 min away of his appointment. Definitely I never come back.
Ya van dos veces que me hago los exámenes en ese laboratorio, soy de venas bien difíciles y he sido atendida con mucha profesionalidad, son bien pacientes y amables, tienen muy en cuenta mi condición y me animan mientras paso el mal momento. Me han atendido las dos veces Ricardo y otra chica a quienes les doy las merecidas gracias..
