The individual that works the registration desk that has a beard, glasses, older fella is extremely rude and in the wrong industry. I’m not sure what is worse, the fact that there has been other reviews about him and he is still acting the way is or the fact these reviews might not go anywhere. As one of the leaders in hospitality in South Florida, I am convinced that he is one of the reasons why our hospitality has decreased over the years in Dade County. La atención en este laboratorio deja muchísimo que desear, especialmente por el señor que se sienta en el front desk. Su trato con los clientes es terrible: es grosero, impaciente y nada servicial, sobre todo con las personas mayores. En lugar de ayudar, responde con mala actitud y hace que la experiencia sea muy desagradable. Un lugar de salud debería contar con personal educado y empático, pero este señor claramente no lo es. No debería estar trabajando de cara al público — sinceramente deberían despedirlo.
Llevamos años haciendo mensualmente análisis en este laboratorio. El personal es excelente, muy profesional y se destaca por su compasión y el deseo de ayudar y prestar el mejor servicio. El señor Ricardo es muy atento y presto a facilitar la atención de los pacientes que allí acuden.
