Very quick and excellent service
I love the service and attention I receive at this branch. Everything is very fast and the staff have a great attitude.

Lousy service at front desk and the bandage tears your skin off
The individual that works the registration desk that has a beard, glasses, older fella is extremely rude and in the wrong industry. I’m not sure what is worse, the fact that there has been other reviews about him and he is still acting the way is or the fact these reviews might not go anywhere. As one of the leaders in hospitality in South Florida, I am convinced that he is one of the reasons why our hospitality has decreased over the years in Dade County.
