I visited this LabCorp location on 2/2/26 for routine bloodwork, and the conditions were unacceptable. The office was visibly dirty and not well-maintained. Test tubes, alcohol pads, and other trash were scattered across the floor within the exam room (see attached photo). The most concerning part was during my blood draw. While the phlebotomist had me hold pressure on the cotton pad, there was a large hair (not mine) on my arm and on the cotton pad near my open puncture site. This is a serious sanitation issue. This is my go-to Labcorp. Very clean and well maintained. Staff is professional and very competent at what they do. It doesn’t take very long to get things done even for walk-ins.
Quick, efficient, and ease of procedures was top notch.
This is one of the worst places that provides medical testing services, from the front desk staff to the person who takes the samples. This is the first time I've seen the woman who took my sample come directly from using the restroom and then take my blood sample without wearing gloves. I didn't see her wash her hands after using the restroom; normally, they should use hand sanitizer. It was a terrible experience, and I'm now worried about contracting any diseases during the sample collection. I do not recommend going there... read more
