Every time I go I have great service
Went there twice today once in the morning to drop off a sample at 7 they said I didn’t need an appointment so most places if your dropping off samples they just check it in not make you sit there for 25 min to drop it had to leave to go to work came back decided to make an appointment at 115 and j told her again I’m dropping off a sample waited longer almost 45 min and her response was Oo should have told me you were just dropping off never will go back believe the reviews don’t go
Two hour wait this morning!!! Seems very unorganized. I get the mornings are busier but absolutely ridiculous. I couldn’t even stay! They need to either hire more staff or switch something around b/c it’s not OK. Seems like the front desk chat amongst each other and do not have an efficient system to get people in and out.
From now on I will go out of my way to avoid this LabCorp specifically. I have used LabCorp for years and never had a problem. This location is foul. The staff are rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I walked in today to a completely full waiting room less than an hour after opening - I would have had to wait in my vehicle. I just visited this facility for the first time on 5/8/26. I scheduled my appoitment on line for 6:30 a.m. I received texts confirming my appointment, checked in on line and was promptly called to registration. I was greeted with a smile and registration went smoothly. Afterwards, I went to the room to have labs done and the woman was extremely skilled at her job and very pleasant. I wish I got her name because I would continually follow her at any lab not being poked a 1,000 times.
