Email and information provided before exam was lacking to what was needed/ could’ve been completed at home. Was given a QR code after filling out an online appointment sheet and told this was how you signed in for appointment. Upon arriving instead the sign-in machine asked for driver license, which was not stated in the email that you needed it, I had it because I drove but it could a problem for people who use public transport or if someone else had drive them in, and may not have it on them.
