August 13, 2025. I arrived at 11:00 for my 11:15 appointment & found four people (including a young girl & her mother) already in the waiting area. I finished checking in at the kiosk at 11:06 & sat down to wait. Barely had a chance to check the emails on my phone before my name was called. After my procedure was completed & I left the office, the time was 11:20. (Thus, total time in the office was 20 minutes). Be prepared for a long wait time, poor service, and indifferent front desk staff, even if you make an appointment. I made a mid-morning appointment for routine fasting labs and arrived to find standing room only in the waiting area. All but one person in the waiting area had scheduled appointments. Wait times were an hour or more past appointment times.
This was the WORST labcorp location I've ever been to! I had to wait a half an hour to save seen, with an appointment, and the nurse was incredibly rude! She barely spoke to me and jabbed the needle into my arm! Beware of this location!
Every Lapcorp I’ve been to only has one person working and the waiting rooms are full. Pay your employees better and get more help. This place is horrible. Go to Quest if you want in and out service. Lapcorp has become a joke.
