My visit today was upsetting. I went for fertility blood work and I advised the technician that I’ve been feeling dizzy lately, so I would like to have my blood taken lying down. The technician said to me, “If you want to be a mother then you have to be stronger.” I advised her that I have vasovagal syncope episodes and it’s out of my control. August 13, 2025. I arrived at 11:00 for my 11:15 appointment & found four people (including a young girl & her mother) already in the waiting area. I finished checking in at the kiosk at 11:06 & sat down to wait. Barely had a chance to check the emails on my phone before my name was called. After my procedure was completed & I left the office, the time was 11:20. (Thus, total time in the office was 20 minutes). Be prepared for a long wait time, poor service, and indifferent front desk staff, even if you make an appointment. I made a mid-morning appointment for routine fasting labs and arrived to find standing room only in the waiting area. All but one person in the waiting area had scheduled appointments. Wait times were an hour or more past appointment times.
