Absolutely unacceptable to have just one person working here. It is not right to have a single phlebotomist under so much stress with no help given. One person trying to check in 10 people at once? Whoever is running this location is a disgrace. Get her the help she needs and learn to value your employees.
I’ve been using this facility for a number of years now and Wendy who does all the blood draws is absolutely top-notch professional. I do not understand how LabCorp could expect her to work by herself in that office five days a week. She has no help at all and still she’s completely efficient. Grateful for her skill!
I was sent to the lab straight from the doctor’s office. I didn’t feel well. Sit there for over one hour and they barely moved people in. Keep telling us to go to the closest location due to short stuff. Honestly, they are very slow.
Tech took my information and I was in and out. Great job.
Set apt for 10 am now 11 am still waiting very poor quality
