This place was great and Wendy gets 5 stars. I’m out of town and needed to get labs re-done and they got me in and out in no time.
Crystal is the best! I have had to get weekly blood draws during the third trimester of my pregnancy and she is one of the best Phlebotomists I have ever had (and I have had a lot). I drive 20 minutes of out the way to see her at this location versus one closer to my house.
I've been here many times, and it's never a good experience. This morning I went to get bloodwork done. I waited 45 minutes and hadn't even gotten the check in process completed. There was one LabCorp employee working for the morning rush, which is unacceptable. I ended up leaving without getting my bloodwork done. I wish my insurance dealt with another company.
Hours are posted as 7 am open. Staff did not open the doors until 7:20, with no apologies, just that they weren’t ready. You aren’t even allowed to register as you wait. The staff treat you as if you’re just a number and have zero respect for your time
Scheduled an appointment in advance, left work, for me to arrive and then tell me they are closing early for the day. There needs to be proper communication with patient.
