A big and very grateful shout out to Wendy at the Blue Bell Penllyn Blue Bell Pike location. She truly went above and beyond this morning to help me despite the fact that she was alone and had to assist numerous other people under great pressure. She was kind and kept her cool. They need to hire more people. How can you have one person that is responsible for the bloodwork and the front desk?? She is doing the best she can, but I don’t understand how Labcorp can’t hire more people
This is the second time we go there as a walk-in. Today there were 4 patients before me and was in and out in 10 min. Very efficient and Liz is very nice.
Went for routine bloodwork today. There is one person who does both check in and testing. She has a system to keep things moving. I have issues with my veins and she worked with my arm to find a vein. When she found a vein, it was quick and painless. I would definitely use this. Labcorp again.
Liz A. was our amazing phlebotomist this morning and helped my four year old stay calm and happy during her blood draw. By far the easiest experience I’ve had with my child and needles ever! So grateful for Liz’s joyful attitude and patient presence.
