I went to a new office located off of Huffmeister Rd. The staff had no idea how to troubleshoot a problem. I know that they probably did what their job description required of them but when it comes to customer satisfaction and care, the staff was clueless and uncaring even though they had the Bible in their waiting room! There is more to the job than just a job description. I will not return there and I will make sure that others are aware
