Extremely rude receptionist. I feel better now that I see other reviews that have had the same experience as well . Seems like LabCorp needs to do something about the receptionist at this location.
The phlebotomist was nice and professional but the office experience is horrible - super crowded, waits even for appointments and just dropping off specimens you collected yourself. Would strongly recommend finding a different labcorp if you need to go to one.
Absolutely terrible front desk staff. Rude, unhelpful, kept pushing off a question of mine by making me call a customer service hotline that did not work (when I finally got them to look into it themselves after 2 days of refusing, it was a 1 minute process). I would drive an extra 30 minutes to go to the next closest lab.
Extremely rude receptionists. Not helpful at all, very unfriendly, you really feel like you are a nuisance to them. The rest of the staff working there was great, but didn't do a proper job... They forgot one of my tests and now I have to go back to redo this.
Note: My doctor's offc is on the 15th floor in the same bldg and it takes literally 2 minutes to ride the elevator down to Lapcorb and then back to my doctors offc. On 9/9/2025 at approximately 3:50pm I walked in and headed straight to the front desk. Half way there a lady Monique stopped me and told me to sign in at the kiosk. I proceeded to do so and told her I did not have my ID on me and she told me to bypass that part.
