I am late for work now due to an extremely rude employee named Monique at the front desk you guys have at LabCorp office 5530 Wisconsin Ave, Suite 705, Chevy Chase, MD 20815. I had a 10:15am appointment. I arrived at 10:13. She already had a really long line. I didn’t hear my name so I went to check in at the Kiosk in case I was missing something. My wife Maureen went to this Labcorp location for a blood test. The receptionist was terrific. The phlebotomist, Shania, was world-class. We will definitely come to this location again and tell our friends and neighbors.

Rude receptionist. Waiting area filled with people waiting for instructions. People trying to sign in online getting no help from staff. An absolute disaster of an office. Try somewhere else.

Showed up as a walk-in, was directed to the check in kiosk right away, and checked in within a minute. Had my bloodwork drawn easily (even though I’m a hard stick) within another minute. I think I spent less than 5 minutes getting my bloodwork done. Pretty much as good as it gets, and I’ll be back if I need anymore bloodwork done anytime soon!
