On 11/7 around 12:40pm - I came to this LabCorp because the one I usually visit on Route 70 in Marlton is always busy — and the staff there is always kind and professional, even when the waiting area is filled with patients. I went to the LabCorp location today around 1 PM and had a very unpleasant experience. The staff member who assisted me (white, with brown hair in a long ponytail) was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked to have additional labs added to my appointment — specifically an STD screening — I was told I could only be tested for hepatitis. I love this place. I used to go to Quest but was butchered as I have poor veins. This place is awesome! No more fear!
