I went to get blood drawn in the 3rd floor Medstar office which has minimal wait time and is clean. The phlebotomist attempted to draw my blood in my arm and hand with no success and was going to try a THIRD time. I refused the 3rd attempt , so he referred me downstairs to the alternative Labcorp office. There was a standing room only wait. One of the phlebotomists was sarcastic, joked too much, and refused to state his name. I later realized his name was posted on the wall. However, he should state his name when asked, and be kind and respectful to patients. I do not want him to draw my blood again. I filled out the feedback form that I received via email; however, no one followed up. Who should I speak to regarding this matter, and what number should I call to speak with them? My blood was drawn on 8/11/26. Also a simple urine test. There are still no results online. Very short staffed the last few times I’ve been there. The experienced people seems to be gone
Technicians are good but always a super long wait recently. 20min-1hr.
