I read all the bad reviews for this place and figured it can't be that bad. It is. Actually it's even worse. My story is similar to many others. I'd booked an online appointment for 6 AM, arrived before they opened and was number 12 in line to get in. After the crush at the kiosks to register I was signed in and seated at 6:15. After 90 minutes, (yes 90 minutes!!) I was still waiting. I cannot recommend this location. The staff appeared rushed, and I observed several basic yet critical infection control practices being missed. I had to ask the phlebotomist to clean my skin with an alcohol prep pad before the blood draw and to disinfect the chair between patients. I also did not observe any hand washing or hand sanitizer being used. This was really disappointing to see and raises a lot patient safety concerns. The phlebotomist I spoke to was open to feedback and did not argue which I appreciated.

making an appointment here is pointless. when you check in with your appointment code you’re just made a walk in at the back of the line anyway. ridiculous

We came in at 5:45 am and waited for labcorp to open at 6 am.5 people before us, not bad. But door opened past 6 am. Only 1 staff serving as clerk and phlebotomist. We registered by the machine and again , one has to register again with the clerk and takes at least 10 minutes . Then , of course another 15 minutes to draw blood. Only 2 person got done in 45 minutes. Ridiculous. But , we gotta go where insurance says we go. At Cooper lab , 2 minutes to register and at least you be in called to be drawn in 10 minutes and takes ... read more
