The people were nice but the wait as a walk in for the mornings is excessive.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. My husband and I have been coming to this Labcorp for years, but this will be our last visit. During my recent appointment, the employee named Tara was extremely rude and unprofessional. She had a very nasty attitude and clearly did not want to help me. She couldn’t properly answer my questions, and her demeanor made the entire experience uncomfortable. When she drew my blood, she was rough, and my arm ended up bruised afterward. Don't bother making an appointment, they take walk-in's before you.
I have been to a few LabCorp locations and this location is by far the most helpful! The staff is very nice and approachable and helped me troubleshoot an issue I had with lab work which really saved me as a first time mom! Thank you so much and will absolutely be back!
