Good experience. Front desk made a small mistake, but went out of their way to fix it. Both workers on 4/14 were exceptional.
It took close to a week to find out that the vial i dropped off for a stool culture was filled very very slightly above the line and so they would not process it but it took 5 days to hear that!
I needed some routine bloodwork. Upon arrival I checked into the machine then the attendant was with me within about 15 minutes. It was efficient and the staff were really friendly, helpful. I would definitely use this location if I needed.
Terrible. I was there for 45 minutes and they called 2 people. I left. I made another appmt. in my neighborhood where I never wait more than 10 minutes. This branch was completely understaffed.
