Ines is doing a wonderful job of getting patients in and out quickly and efficiently. She runs the whole office and does everything from the paperwork to the blood draw. I greatly appreciate how hard she works to serve the patents who come in.
Incredibly rude, disorganized staff (and far too few staff to begin with given the volume of patients) are only outdone by the poor condition of the facility which is dirty, dark and a complete mess. I had to ask the "technician" to verify the name on the sticker they were applying to my blood vials...AND IT WAS WRONG! Completely inept "care" you would expect in a third world country. If you want quality care, you would actually be better served at a homeless shelter.
They don't pick up the phone.
