The staff here are incredibly kind, proficient, and efficient. They were very clear about the upfront cost of the lab work, and made me feel immediately at ease while getting my blood drawn. The whole appointment only took 10 minutes - I definitely recommend this location!
First time visiting this location because it’s near where I work. Maybe because it’s a day before Thanksgiving, only me and other person were there and they had 4 staff working so there was no waiting time at all. I went to pick up and drop off some test and the staff were very helpful… different from many ppl who left angry comments based on their own experiences. I guess it’s really depends on if the place is packed or not.
Terrible experience. I waited over an hour just to get the blood draw, and after more than two weeks the results were never released to me or my doctor. No one helped when we called. I had to redo the test somewhere else.
Deeply unprofessional. Lab does not open on time. Person managing the office is deeply inefficient and unprofessional with his colleagues and with patient privacy. Multiple issues which are still unresolved even getting these labs to my physician who created the requisition. Anything is better than here.
Terrible staff. Unable to get through one patient in 30 min while a line is waiting
