I had a great experience with Labcorp! The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The check-in process was quick, and the technician made the blood draw fast and painless.
Super professional and courteous staff, was very quick at 10:30am.
The location may be a nice place but my experience was awful. The lady that I dealt with was very nasty. I had a few concerns and questions and she was extremely dismissive to me. Labcorp as a whole may be a wonderful company but this location definitely needs a refresher on professionalism and customer service. Don't worry i wont be returning at all.
Excellent service. I went without a prior appt, and was in & out of there in less than 30 mins altho there were several other patients ahead of me. Easy reg, & staff is professional, courteous & efficient.
