This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location and the 3rd time the women at the front desk has been EXTREMELY rude. It was so bad today I finally asked for a manager. She told me there’s no manager on site and there’s no one I can call either. She’s the worst. Will never go back
Don’t go there!!!!! I had to wait 2h for my appointment and I also got the worst experience with my blood test. First of all the lab technician was in a rush and she wasn’t careful when taking blood samples. As a result first time in my life I have a huge bruise and pain in my hand. I’m worried if it doesn’t go away in few days, I’ll need to see a doctor.
Worse blood draw experience ever. 2 weeks later still recovering. Prior to this never had a mark when giving blood.
The W-O-R-S-T. Had to just pick up a test kit ordered by my doc. Went to 14th Street office, a packed waiting room and no workers visible for ages. Left and went to their 17th Street office, and they didn't even answer the door or pick up the phone. Pathetic excuse of service for something so important as health lab testing.
