Very rude & unprofessional health care workers. This is not what we NEED in health care. We need people who care, I will not be returning this this location. Treat people like PEOPLE..

Terrible experience I walked in with huge smile on my face and was greeted by a nasty lady that proceeded to grunt at me than told me she was on break and couldn’t help me for another hour even though they are only close for 30 minutes for a break. If you don’t have to I would not come here at allllllll.

I arrived 15 min prior to 3PM. Was not notified by rep to do anything. Eventually figured out that I needed to sign in using the device. After finishing to sign in and later waiting for nearly 20+ minutes, the Rep told me that I had to return another day because the system closes by 3pm and it’s not her fault that she was the “only one” there— it seemed she didn’t want to be there at all based on body language and facial expressions. There is not usually a wait. If you do wait it will be about 5 minutes. It is smaller and very clean. The people are nice and courteous. They are also upgrading to new technology and you can check in from your phone or machine scan in the office. They also offer coffee for waiting patients.
