I have been to Lab Corp many times, by appointment or by walk in. Sometimes it gets crowded and the staff is really patient, today was one of those days. A LOT of people in a small weekend window of time. I heard the front desk intake person accommodate a woman who needed a glucose test even though it meant the pick up of tests being slightly delayed (and the staff staying longer) just to accommodate the patient. Left me with a massive hematoma, Woman was rude and rushed the whole thing now have major arm swelling and bruising up my arm
Jessica drew my blood this morning not only did she make it painless she was pleasant and kind at 6:45 in the morning. A 10 out of 10 experience
I don't know why this place gets such a lower score. The office is definitely clean the staf great to deal with. I had no issues whenever I go there. Jessica who assist me definitely a people person. That's something important because you need someone like that assisting and especially the fact that your health is in question. If I could have given more stars I would.
I love this location, the staff is very friendly and checking in is quick and doing the blood work is quick as well. I would definitely pick this location every time I need blood work, I would recommend this location to anyone that's around this area. For my experience I would give them an A+
