Jessica is excellent!! Great experience
So far they are professional and the waiting room is clean and comfortable. The results come quickly and right on the very convenient portal.
Tried going through VA community care, staff unhelpful and didn't process request, waste of time. Avoid if you use VA.
I have notoriously bad veins and it can make getting blood drawn really challenging and uncomfortable but Jessica was amazing! She was kind, gentle and a real pro. I made an appointment ahead of time and didn’t have to wait. It was super fast.
